2. Reservations, Classes & Maker Space
All reservations are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.
Payment is required to secure most reservations
Maker space reservations are non-refundable, but may be rescheduled per policy
Class fees are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another class if canceled within the allowed timeframe
Specific terms provided at booking will govern your reservation.
3. Retreat Bookings
Retreat reservations may include separate agreements and are subject to:
Deposits required to secure booking
Cancellation terms outlined at the time of booking
Final headcounts and logistics confirmed in advance
Twisted Stitches LLC reserves the right to modify or cancel retreats if necessary.
4. Guilds, Private Events & Group Bookings
For guilds, private retreats, and group events:
The booking party (guild or organizer) is responsible for coordinating participants, payments (if applicable), and communication
The organizer agrees to ensure all participants comply with studio policies
Final counts, space usage, and setup requirements must be confirmed in advance
Any damage to the facility or equipment caused by participants may be billed to the booking party
Twisted Stitches LLC is not responsible for disputes between organizers and participants.
5. Longarm Machine Rentals & Equipment Use
Certification or training is required prior to use
Rentals are subject to availability and minimum booking times
Late cancellations may result in forfeited fees
Users are responsible for proper operation of equipment.
By renting or using longarm equipment, you agree to the following:
Eligibility & Use
You must complete required training or demonstrate proficiency before independent use
Machines must be used only for their intended purpose and in accordance with provided instruction
You agree to follow all posted guidelines and staff direction
Responsibility for Equipment
You are responsible for the condition of the machine and related equipment during your reserved time, including but not limited to:
Machine head and frame
Computer systems (including Pro-Stitcher)
Leaders, rails, and table components
Accessories, rulers, and tools
Damage & Repair Costs
You agree to be financially responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to:
Needle strikes that damage internal components
Improper threading, tensioning, or loading resulting in mechanical issues
Damage to computer systems or software caused by improper operation
Physical damage to frames, tables, or accessories
If damage occurs:
You must notify Twisted Stitches staff immediately
Continued use after suspected damage may increase liability
Twisted Stitches LLC reserves the right to:
Assess the condition of the equipment
Determine whether damage resulted from normal wear or user error
Charge for repair, replacement, or service costs as necessary
Service Interruptions
If a machine becomes inoperable during your session:
We will make reasonable efforts to provide an alternative machine or reschedule your time
Refunds or credits will be issued at our discretion depending on the situation
Right to Refuse Use
Twisted Stitches LLC reserves the right to:
Deny or revoke rental privileges at any time
Require additional training before further use
End a session if equipment is being used improperly
6. Payments
All payments are processed through secure third-party providers
Prices may change without notice
Payment disputes or chargebacks may result in suspension of services
7. Cancellations & Credits
Cancellations must follow the timeframe provided at booking
No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited fees
In some cases, payments may be applied as a future credit at our discretion
8. Assumption of Risk
By participating in studio activities, you acknowledge:
Sewing, quilting, cutting, ironing, and equipment use involve inherent risks
You agree to use all tools and equipment responsibly
Participation is at your own risk.
9. Personal Property
Participants may bring personal equipment and materials
Twisted Stitches LLC is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage
The studio is secured when closed, but customer property is not insured by Twisted Stitches LLC
10. Photo & Media Release
By attending classes, retreats, or events at Twisted Stitches LLC:
You consent to the use of photos or videos taken during activities for marketing and promotional purposes
This may include website, social media, and printed materials
If you prefer not to be photographed, you must notify us in writing in advance, and we will make reasonable efforts to honor your request.
11. Weather & Force Majeure
Twisted Stitches LLC is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Severe weather
Natural disasters
Power outages
Illness outbreaks
Government restrictions
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to:
Reschedule the affected service, or
Offer a credit toward a future booking
Refunds are not guaranteed in these situations.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, branding, images, and materials—is the property of Twisted Stitches LLC and may not be used without permission.
13. Third-Party Services
We utilize third-party providers for payments, scheduling, and communications.
We are not responsible for errors or outages from these providers
Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twisted Stitches LLC is not liable for:

Loss or damage to personal property
